Avv. Irene Strangis
Irene Strangis is the founding partner of the Firm.
She graduated in Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1995, she is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2001 and she is qualified to practice before the highest Italian Courts (Supreme Court, Conseil d’Etat, Constitutional Court).
For more than twenty years she provides legal assistance in judicial and out-of-court proceeding to companies and individuals in many areas of Civil Law (Insurance law, Road Accidents, Debt Collection, Contracts, Real Estate and Property Law, Labour law and Law of Persons and Family law).
During her professional activity she has also gained a substantial experience in the field of Administrative and Criminal law.
She is a mediator and professional trainer at the Forensic Mediation Agency of the Bar of Rome and at the CESD, Telematic University and Campus and she is also responsible for the group of mediators specialised in medical malpractice at the Mediation Centre of the Rome Bar Association.
Irene is author of numerous publications on Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the OIPA Magazine dossier, a periodical concerning companies and Public Administration and she participates as speaker at conferences, conventions and training courses.
Avv. Claudio Principe
Claudio Principe graduated in Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza " and is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1987.
He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 1999 and has a significant experience in Criminal Law and Family and Children Law.
He is registered in the lists of the defenders of people with low income in the areas of Criminal Law and Family and Children Law.
He was a member of the Committees of Criminal Law and of Relations with the Judicial Offices at the Rome Bar Association.
Claudio Principe is also an honorary judge at the Court of Cassino.
Avv. Sara Arrigoni
Sara Arrigoni graduated in Law at the University of Pisa in 2003 and she is registered at the Rome Bar Association since 2009.
She gained a significant competence, acquired in primary Italian and International Law Firms, in Litigation and Arbitration, in drafting national and international contracts, as well as in various areas of Civil Law (Insurance Law, Commercial law and Private International Law).
She also earned a Master's degree in International Business Law at the University "La Sapienza" and a LL.M. In International Commercial Arbitration at the University of Stockholm.
